Upon receiving the news of winning my sponsorship, I was overwhelmed with excitement. It's seriously a dream-come-true, one of those magic moments in life where you are just warm and fuzzy and giddy and just plain happy! Once I was notified that I could make my announcement, I posted to all of the forums I belong to plus Facebook and Twitter. The congratulations starting pouring in and it's been really, really cool to get this kind of positive feedback from my peer group.
I have received a generous prize from Prilosec and purchased a laptop and printer to continue marketing my business. I need to be able to take online payments and also be able to show pictures of my work in a professional, polished manner. This will help enormously. We will also be able to print pictures on-site for our clients.
Part of my prize package is to have help with Search Engine Optimization and logo creation/development. I have the BEST in the business helping me do this and it is literally a TEAM of bright, talented individuals who are tops in their field. I am absolutely BLESSED at this moment to have these wonderful people assisting me and my business.
Who knew several years ago, when the doctor told me I had severe acid-reflux and that I needed to take Prilosec, that this day would ever take place or come about? It's so true what they say about the Universe knowing what is in store for you...it's one of those things that you just don't question...Life will take you on a journey and we should be open to where it takes us!
